Call for Volunteers – Be Part of the First Luma Day!

We’re excited to invite you to help us bring the very first Luma Day to life!

On May 10th, 2025, we’re organising a community festival at Wellrock Zwischennutzung in Aarau—a day full of connection, creativity, food and meaningful encounters. This special event is our way of sharing the values of Luma Verein and laying the foundation for our future Luma Haus community center.

If you feel inspired by our vision and would like to be part of the team behind this day, we’d love to hear from you!

We’re looking for volunteers to support us before and/or during the 10th of May in areas such as:

• preparing meals

• setting up the buffet

• serving at the café

• welcoming guests

• helping artists

• supporting with technical setup

• being a flexible all-rounder

Language is not a barrier.
If we don’t speak the same language, we see it as a beautiful opportunity to explore new ways of communicating. We’re open, creative, and happy to use AI tools to help during the busier moments. What matters most is the spirit you bring!

We’ll then get in touch and brainstorm together how you can best be part of this joyful day!

Please note that language is not a barrier, if we don't speak the same one, we see it as an opportunity to explore and get to know other ways to communicate. There are always AI tools to helps us during the busy times and we are very topen to use them!
